By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Pleasure69 Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
All your orders are sent via Pleasure69 delivery team.
Yes! For purchases made with PayPal, we’ll automatically be transferred back into your PayPal account.
If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, the funds will be transferred directly to the bank account.
Note: The time the refund take to appear in your bank account all depends on the time the Bank take to process the transaction.
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1 month. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small. There are so many other reasons why a product is out of stock for an extended period of time:
- The product or brand is being re-designed
- The manufacturer is on vacation/holiday
- The product is being reformulated
- The product has been recalled
- The manufacturer is busy or overwhelmed
- We are waiting to sell through more product before placing a new order
- The manufacturer has discontinued selling to distributors
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

For all our deliveries around the island a flat-rate fee of $12.00 XCD is charged.
Note: For purchases more that $100.00 XCD will receive free delivery island wide.
Handling fee covers the delivery, material, labour and logistics cost to support the impeccable service.
All orders within Antigua should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to three (3) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
Return shipping is easy and flexible. You can return your package using a label from our Online Returns Center.
Return shipping fees are communicated in the Online Returns Center when you choose the shipping method for your return.
Note: If you return an item using a paid method (drop off or pickup) from the Online Returns Center, the cost of return shipping as well as any restocking fees that may apply, will be deducted from your refund.
Pleasure69 offers you a variety of ways to return your item:

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from the delivery team.

At the moment, we accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / DISCOVER), by debit card (VISA & MasterCard) and by PayPal.
f you have a coupon code for a shop, you can apply this when you check out:
- On Pleasure69.com, go to your Cart.
- Find the items from the shop you have a promo code for. If you’re buying items from more than you shop, your cart will be divided up by shop.
- Click Apply shop coupon codes.
- Type or paste the code into the box.
- Click Apply.
If you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to request a refund for your order depending on the shop’s policies. To request a refund, contact the shop:
- Sign in to Pleasure69.com or open the Pleasure69 App.
- Click or tap the Your Account icon.
- Click or tap Purchases and reviews.
- Click Help with order next to the order you’re interested in. On the Pleasure69 App, tap the order you’re interested in, then tap Help with order under your order.
- Click or tap Message Shop.
- In the textbox that appears, let the seller know that you’d like a refund.
- Click or tap the arrow icon or press Enter to send. The seller will be notified of the new message and can respond.
Sellers aren’t required to provide a refund unless stated in their shop policies. On the Help with order page, you can click or tap View shop return policy to check the shop policies.
1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
2. We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. I can’t sign in because of two-factor authentication
If you’re having trouble with two-factor authentication, try using one of the backup codes given to you when you enabled two-factor authentication.
I want to reopen my Pleasure69 account
If you want to reopen an Pleasure69 account that you closed, you can reopen your account.
My account was suspended
You can’t access a suspended account on the Sell on PLeasure69 app or in a mobile web browser. To sign in to a suspended account, use a computer web browser.
If your account was suspended due to violations of Policy or problems with orders, respond directly to the email sent by PLeasure69 about this violation.
If your account was permanently suspended, you may be eligible to file an appeal.
I have the correct username and password, but I can’t sign in
If your web browser is out of date, that can cause problems signing in. Learn how to update your web browser.
